Fig. 1 Two coffins, possibly those of husband and wife, were found from a tomb encapsulated with lime soil mixture barrier (LSMB) in Gongju-si, Korea. As the husband was buried on the right side to his wife during the Joseon Dynasty, the left (arrow) was supposed to be that of the husband. The sample for the present study was collected from the left coffin, where the taeniid eggs were recovered.
