Fig. 2 Effect of Achyrocline satureioides extracts on Trypanosoma evansi in concentration 1, 5, 10, 50, 100, 500, and 1,000 µg/ml at time 0, 1, 3, 6, and 9 hr was tested. Different concentrations of aqueous extract (A), ethanolic extract (B), and methanolic extract (C) were tested against T. evansi. Control tests used to validate the technique: trypanosomes in culture medium (control) and antiprotozoal (D.A. - diminazene aceturate). The results (mean and standard error) within a circle are not statistically different (P>0.05), at the same time (hr).
